Delivery Information

Please check access and prepare the route before ordering.

Doorways, stairs and tight turns must be suitable, and pictures, mirrors, ornaments, light fittings or hanging fixtures must be removed or secured. We cannot be held liable for damage where access has not been properly prepared. If we’re unable to deliver safely or the item won’t fit, delivery charges still apply.

Clear access and parking are required on delivery day.

The route to the room of choice must be clear and safe, with suitable parking available on arrival.

Disposal and assembly must be booked in advance.

Old beds must be accessible and suitable for removal at the time of delivery.

Soiled or unsafe mattresses will not be taken.

We cannot remove mattresses that are heavily soiled, wet, infested or present a health risk.

Someone over 18 must be present for delivery.

If no one is home, the delivery will need to be rebooked.
